JOB TITLE
Customer Service Officer - Emirati | MAF Entertainment | VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet, Ski Dubai and Snow Abu Dhabi

ROLE SUMMARY
Supervise the team on the site and ensures the daily operation, maintenance and safety. Ensures highest customer service at all times
Location: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi

ROLE PROFILE

• Ensure proficient up to date knowledge of Global Snow products, promotions and services
• Perform suggestive selling and advise and assist customers with sales and bookings
• Handle customer complaints and queries
• Keep your workplace safe, clean and presentable at all times
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by your Manager
• Protect their own health, safety and wellbeing and anyone or anything that may be affected by their acts or omissions

REQUIREMENTS

• Be available to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Minimum High School Certificate
