Customer Service Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a productive rapport with customers, promote and maintain good relations with all customers and contacts in the workplace.
• Operate a customer friendly teller service by accepting and verifying cash, verifying service and amount for the required financial transactions and provide receipts in a timely manner required.
• Collect and prepare all product and service applications and send the original documents to Head Office and follow up pending transactions in addition to filing the daily cash report.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services wherever possible
• Increase the numbers of referral customers to the Area Supervisor and ensure that all the potential customers’ contact details are captured accurately etc
