Customer Service Centre - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates PORTWEST , a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position of Customer Service and Office Administrator in Sharjah, UAE.

JOB SUMMARY: Founded in 1904, Portwest has become one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world currently employing over 5,100 staff worldwide. With 1400 styles across more than 20 ranges, we design, manufacture and distribute market leading workwear, safety wear and PPE in fully owned production facilities.
This role focuses largely on customer service tasks and general office administration works. There is a focus on customer order management end to end, frequent communication with customers, the sales team, office and warehouse teams, SAIF zone management, HQ team for supply chain and our UK export team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update and maintain the register for each shipment. Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing shipping documents. Order processing, releasing and send for picking & packing. Inform client / customer the readiness of the shipment and arrange the dispatch. Organize and schedule meetings and events during shows. Trade show set ups Shall co-ordinate with forwarder on delivery of material from port to warehouse. Keep the record of back order and inform customer the status. General reception and office administration duties Visa and hotel arrangements for overseas travellers Wider teams communications
REQUIREMENTS:
English fluency Proficient in Microsoft Office Customer Service and administration experience 5+years in a similar role Logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory
