Requirements


  1. University graduate with a degree/diploma in Logistics /Shipping/Exports
  2. UAE Driving License holders preferred
  3. Customer-oriented attitude
  4. Good telephone etiquette
  5. High-level industry knowledge
  6. Excellent English communication skills
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and adept in learning new software
  8. Previous experience in similar field is not essential, but experience in a Free Zone-based logistics/shipping company will be a great advantage

We are currently looking for a skilled, motivated individual to join our Dubai office as a Customer Service Administrator. Could you be the perfect fit for this role?


Job Description


The Customer Service Administrator's main role is to manage logistics tasks, coordinate documentation and provide efficient customer service. Key duties include organizing import/export schedules, handling documentation, addressing issues with team members and maintaining organized records—all contributing to smooth logistics processes, compliance with company standards and high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Schedule and coordinate import/exports based on customer needs and priorities
  2. Process principals’ orders through GAC Ware
  3. Process export/import related customs documents as per Customs regulations
  4. Coordinate the daily schedule with Operations and provide information on daily requirements to Transport
  5. Continuously monitor and track shipments until reaching destination
  6. Escalate issues promptly in case of complaints or other service-related issues
  7. Respond promptly to all customer claims to ensure fast resolution and customer satisfaction
  8. Maintain storage of files to ensure that required data is available upon request
  9. Maintain proper, effective communication with all related departments
  10. Display proper phone courtesy to customers and colleagues, communicating politely and clearly
