Our Customer Representatives function as the face of Minimalist to customers and ensure that customer queries and concerns are solved in a professional and timely manner.
DUTIES
Complaint management (receive complaints through phone or in writing, resolve complaints where possible, otherwise escalate complaints to relevant department and/or management);
Customer care (Answering queries and questions of customers, following up on shipments, updating customers accordingly);
Inside sales (Calling customers who have started but not completed their purchase, enquiring about possible reasons, finalizing purchase).
At least 1, ideally 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Representation, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company;
Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com, and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools;
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree ion a relevant field;
Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in Khaleeji Arabic;
Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
