SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will implement the Energy Customer Group Strategy by planning and executing initiatives to meet sales KPIs and objectives. Your duties will include achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collections, enhancing customer relationships, driving profitability, and expanding market share within the Energy segment.
This position is an individual contributor within the Performance Coatings Department. It reports to the Segment Manager, Performance Coatings.
This position is located in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Expand Business: Manage key accounts, target new customers, and explore opportunities to grow market share and profitability in the Abu Dhabi Energy, Oil, and Gas sectors.
- Promote and Sell Products: Introduce and sell Performance Coating solutions through regular customer engagement, while gathering market insights.
- Project Coordination: Ensure Jotun products are used in projects by closely monitoring progress and coordinating with project personnel to meet sales budgets.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer issues, ensure on-time delivery, monitor collections, and maintain good relationships to achieve goals.
- Market Analysis: Map the market, track trends and competitors, and provide data-driven insights to expand Jotun's presence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a candidate who:- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry is necessary, with a preference for experience in Performance Coatings.
- A background in Key Account Management is essential.
- Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
