Promotion / Communication

• Implement a holistic journey in the region towards end users and retail partners based on regional cross BU strategy, marketing concepts and specific P guidelines in close cooperation with all local marketing manager
• Lead of local cross BU communication touchpoints (e.g. Coordination of POS, Offline materials, planning campaigns with Bus, events)

Market intelligence for Middle East

• Market analysis for Middle East region incl. new segments
• Contact person for PT/BUD department for Middle East for all BUs
• Market and user research coordination

Country Approval Manager:

• Coordinating with marketing and the product plants of each Business Unit to secure necessary certificates and approvals for our products in the region
• Maintaining close follow-up on regional product certification requirements to ensure compliance and market readiness
• Updating the product development and marketing teams within the business units on any changes or new requirements related to product certifications
• Contact person for the region (Middle East + Türkiye) for business units and central certification department

Export Control:

• Conducting the annual Self-Assessment Check to identify and mitigate any potential risks related to export control
• Managing the White List for required countries, ensuring that all export activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Business Processes:

• Responsible for Identifying Process Improvements, Optimizing and Implementing Processes for AV steering and also for new CSOs
• Securing business continuity in the region (for both AV countries and new CSOs) through required documentation, internal processes, and necessary approvals ensures all terms are clearly defined and legally endorsed
• Responsible for PT smart governance coordination locally
