About the Role


We are looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing our activation, onboarding and retention user journeys on our CRM tool (Clevertap). With a short-term primary focus today on the activation journey which is our biggest pain point. We're a team that thrives on experimentation, so you'll be asked to develop key hypotheses around potential improvements and leverage the necessary squads to get our tests structured and launched. We value true ownership and bold mindsets. Your job is to drive your KPIs in the right direction, making sure all stakeholders are aligned and/or doing their parts to help you thrive.


What you’ll do:


  • Be responsible for implementing, tracking and managing the day-to-day production of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This includes email, push notifications, in-app notifications, SMS and WhatsApp;
  • Setup, manage and challenge automated user flows for new customers, existing users and potential reactivated customers of our app;
  • Develop hypotheses and challenge the status quo of our journeys, campaigns and offerings 
  • Analyze user behavior, segment and build strategies to maximize conversion rate (from
    install to subscription);
  • Own experimentation & A/B testing to optimize results; 
  • Reporting results, communicating wins, learnings and risks in a clear manner to all stakeholders. Focusing on clearly articulating needed actions, next steps or improvements necessary;
  • Align on copy and creative demands with the Marketing Team. But also be a self-starter, developing your own drafts / briefs to increase speed of execution;
