CRM Lead - Wear That



About Wear That



Wear That is a leading personal styling service, designed to empower women through fashion. We’re passionate about making styling accessible and creating personalized experiences for our customers. This role is pivotal to expanding Wear That’s presence both locally and internationally, with a focus on driving brand awareness, building community, and fostering deeper connections with our audience.

What you'll be doing



Working as a CRM Lead, youwill own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer engagement initiatives to drive frequency, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role will be responsible for designing data-driven CRM programs, leveraging automation and personalization, and continuously optimizing campaigns to enhance the customer experience. You will have a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in CRM tools, and a passion for delivering high-impact customer interactions.

CRM Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to maximize customer frequency, retention and lifetime value. Lead end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalized communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, and Tech) to enhance CRM capabilities and ensure seamless integration across touchpoints.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization



Leverage data insights to define and refine customer segments, ensuring targeted and relevant messaging. Implement AI-driven personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.

Lifecycle & Loyalty Programs



Design and manage customer lifecycle programs, ensuring timely and relevant communication at each stage. Oversee the development and optimization of loyalty programs that drive engagement and repeat purchases.

Performance Analysis & Optimization



Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion rates. Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other marketing platforms and customer data sources.

Compliance & Best Practices



Ensure all CRM activities comply with data privacy regulations and industry best practices. Stay ahead of CRM trends, innovations, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What you will need to succeed



Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing from a lead/managerial position Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty strategies. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
