The Role
Job Overview: Guildhall is assisting our client seeking a proactive Creator Network Operations Specialist to enhance our creator network within the TikTok live ecosystem. This role focuses on driving creator engagement, revenue generation, and ensuring compliance with TikTok policies. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies for creators, setting revenue targets to drive live performance. - Creator Support: Guide creators with best practices and methodologies to foster their growth and success on the platform. - Data Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, produce reports, and provide insights to optimize creator operations and drive business growth. - Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with TikTok updates and trends.
Requirements
Key Requirements: - Passion for TikTok: Strong interest in TikTok live content, with immediate availability preferred. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with creators. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with a detail-oriented mindset. - Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. - Problem-Solving: Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently.
