Creator Network Operations

Responsibilities:

Deeply understand the latest TikTok platform policies, develop strategic plans to drive creator network business growth, set reasonable revenue targets to drive creators live performances, and be responsible for the amount and income of creators, and revenue of creator network.

Summarize growth paths and methodologies for creators and creator network, to drive healthy development of creator networks business.

Monitor data and produce reports to ensure the normal operation of creator network business.

Requirements:

• Deep fan of TikTok live business, candidates who can start work immediately and have stable availability are preferred.
• Strong stress resistance, proactive and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in EXCEL data analysis skills, with attention to detail and a responsible work ethic, strong execution skills with independent thinking ability.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaker is a plus.
