Creative Producer

You’ll be part of a high-performance content team, working alongside a strategist, designer, photographer, and marketer to create and distribute high quality content that builds personal brands at scale. This role is for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

You understand storytelling across multiple formats- from short from clips to long form interviews and podcasts. You know how to script engaging narratives, capture high quality footage, and edit with impact, while also leveraging AI, automation, and external production teams to optimize workflow and scalability.

If you need rigid structures, long production cycles, or prefer working in silos that’s great but you’re not for us. We’re looking for a hands on creator who can develop, execute, and scale content efficiently while working with a talented team to elevate quality and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

📝 Scripting & Content Strategy

• Work with the strategist to develop compelling scripts and content frameworks for personal brands.
• Adapt storytelling techniques to suit social media, long-form content, and podcast formats.
• Research and integrate AI tools to streamline ideation, writing, and content adaptation.

🎥 Filming & Production

• Capture high-quality video and audio in both controlled setups and dynamic environments.
• Direct talent and ensure on-camera delivery is authentic and engaging.
• Work with external production teams when scaling up larger projects or high-end shoots.

✂️ Editing & Automation

• Edit high-quality video content, from fast-paced social clips to full-length interviews.
• Create high quality motion graphics to aid story telling.
• Leverage automation tools for automation, content repurposing, and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in visual and narrative style across multiple content formats.
