<b>Creative Lead</b> to drive our creative vision and bring fresh ideas to life through digital content, branding, and social media marketing.
<b>Job Summary:</b>
The
<b>Creative Lead</b> will be responsible for developing and executing the creative strategy for Black & Grey HR. This role involves leading content creation, branding initiatives, social media marketing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> Develop and execute a compelling creative strategy aligned with the company's brand identity and objectives.
Lead the design and production of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, videos, and email campaigns.
Manage and oversee content creation for social media, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to enhance brand presence and create impactful campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual and written communications.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and digital marketing.
Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary to support creative initiatives.
Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creative design, branding, and digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in graphic design, social media content, and branding.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout design skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
