We are looking for licensed Counselling Psychologists who are passionate about shaping the future of mental health care and want to be part of an exciting journey from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups, helping clients manage emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges.
• Conduct assessments to understand clients’ concerns and develop personalised treatment plans that promote overall emotional wellbeing.
• Offer short-term and long-term counselling interventions, utilising evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, documenting progress and any adjustments to treatment plans.
• Stay informed about current research and advances in the field to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development to maintain high standards of practice and ethical care.

Qualifications

• A valid Counselling Psychologist license from the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field from a recognised institution.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a counselling or therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in providing a range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Person-Centred Therapy, or other integrative approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• A deep understanding of ethical considerations in counselling and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural sensitivities.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is required; 
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Any other languages would be a plus.
