At Stella Stays, you will:


As a Corporate Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering corporate relationships. This dynamic position requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a keen understanding of the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Devise comprehensive sales strategies to attract corporate clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential corporate clients, showcasing the company's offerings and unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create integrated strategies that enhance the overall guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts for presentation to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and establish new business connections

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in B2B/B2C 


  • Proficiency in English, Arabic, or Russian languages.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.


  • Proven experience in corporate sales.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.


  • Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.


  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
