Department Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Image Executive to join our dynamic Corporate Image Department. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects, working closely with the Corporate Image Manager and C-Level management to maintain and enhance the company's corporate image across all levels. This role requires strong administrative skills, project coordination and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Purpose: -
The Corporate Image Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and aspects related to the company's image, always ensuring a cohesive and polished presentation. This role encompasses flower management, amenities management, and terminal overview image. The executive will coordinate maintenance upon the request of the CEO and in collaboration with the FBO Manager as needed. Additionally, the executive will handle procurements within the Corporate Image Department, including supplier email coordination, stakeholder research and communication, negotiation, and payment processing. The goal is to uphold and enhance the company's image through meticulous attention to detail and strategic management of resources and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Flower Management and Supervision: Oversee flower management. Supervise and lead the florist, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • VIP Bathroom Amenities Management: Manage inventory and procurement of VIP bathroom amenities. Ensure the VIP bathrooms are always stocked and immaculately presented.
  • Supplier Management:Conduct supplier research and maintain communication via email and phone calls. Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers for various projects to secure the best deals.
  • File and Data Management:Create and organize files for the overall Corporate Image Department. Maintain accurate records and data organization within the department.
  • Strategic Development: Develop new strategies to enhance the overall image of the company. Establish and implement standards for all departments to follow, ensuring consistency.
  • Financial Management: Handle invoices and petty cash management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Distribute petty cash to musicians, part-timers, and employees as needed.
  • Support to Corporate Image Officer: Provide support to the Corporate Image Officer in their absence, handling tasks and responsibilities as required. Assist with other tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of the Corporate Image Department.
  • Entertainment Coordination: Coordinate with musicians for their scheduled performances, including preparation and organization.
  • Gift Management:Manage the selection, procurement, and preparation of gifts for various occasions, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all displays and areas are immaculate and reflect the companys high standards. Continuously seek ways to improve and maintain the corporate image, reflecting the companys values.
Compliance-related duties: 
  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role. 
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability, and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization
Requirements:
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field in image and branding.



Experience2-3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in managing corporate image projects and vendor relationships.

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.


Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


High degree of self-motivation, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management. Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management systems.
