As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the work culture, structure, and compliance of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

✅ Payroll, Attendance & Benefits Management
✅ Performance Management & Company Hierarchy Optimization
✅ HR System & Automation
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles (preferably in automotive, service, or tech-driven industries).
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR compliance.
✔ Experience in drafting contracts, managing payroll, and performance evaluation systems.
✔ Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and digital record-keeping (a plus).
✔ Ability to develop structured HR policies and optimize workforce management frameworks.
✔ Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
✔ English required; Arabic is a plus.
✔ Availability: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule).
