Knowledge & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering is preferable) such as Business Administration or Management with practical experience in this field for not less than (10) years.
· Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related subject is preferable with practical experience in this field for not less than (7) years.
· Excellent knowledge and intensive experience of the UAE’s Excellence programs.
· Excellent knowledge and practical experience in conducting assessment processes based on the excellence models and the capability to lead and execute internal assessment processes for different categories and awards.
· Profound knowledge of the business excellence criteria requirements and the ability to suggest additions or improvements of systems and methodologies.
· The capability to train, guide, and promote awareness of the excellence criteria requirement and deployment.
· The capability to manage major improvement projects in dans.
· The capability to manage and administer the nomination and submission processes for dans in different categories in DGEP.

· Reporting and technical writing.

· Computer skills including Microsoft Office and database.
