Corporate Chief Engineer - Hotels - UAE

This group is developing and they are about to pick up the pace with new projects planned around the GCC. Currently with a portfolio of 4/ 5 star properties this is an exciting new role which will play an integral part in delivering new opening projects and managing the current portfolio.

Overseeing all aspects of hotel development projects

This role reports to Director -Operations

• Currently working at Corporate/ Area or large Cluster level as a DOE/ CE
• Degree in Engineering ( Civil)
• Project management experience with new builds/ pre-openings - essential
• CAPEX/ Budgeting/ Contractor / Stakeholder management - essential
• Experience of planning through to design and working with various consultants including government agencies ensuring compliance in all aspects of building legislation
• Risk analysis mitigation 
• Evaluation of new hotel proposals reviewing AutoCad designs, equipment specifications, engaging the appropriate contractors and consultants and that all projects have been timed, planned and risk averted
• 10 years + experience in project management at a senior level within hospitality

Salary package up to 35KAED ( includes basic salary / Housing)
