To be the one-point of contact for all maternity patients, guiding and coordinating for them from the first antenatal consultation until delivery and thereafter facilitate neonatal and pediatric care. The incumbent must continuously liaise on behalf of maternity patients with the doctors, nurses, other administrative staff such (for e.g billing, insurance) to ensure comfortable and seamless patient experience. He/she will be functionally reporting respectively to Hospital Administration, Senior Manager – Operations & Strategy.
