Job Description

Role Summary


As a Coordinator Logistics Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our 3PL partnerships.


What’s On Your Plate?


  • Invoice & Finance Management: Receive, verify, and submit 3PL invoices to the finance department for timely payment processing.


  • Delivery Box Operations: Manage the scheduling, installation, tracking, and maintenance of 3PL delivery boxes. Ensure timely collection of surplus boxes and conduct monthly box count confirmations.


  • Compliance & Documentation: Receive, verify, and submit 3PL right-to-operate documentation, including trade licenses, insurance certificates, delivery box permits, and bank documents.


  • Insurance Processing: Process rider accidental insurance claims.


  • Inventory & Fraud Management: Collaborate with the inventory team regarding unreturned rider equipment. Review submitted fraud cases, ensure 3PLs take necessary actions, and provide regular updates on case progress.


  • Rider Earnings Support: Ensure 3PLs are addressing rider salary inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.


  • Project Support: Assist the 3PL team in project execution, providing administrative and operational support as needed.


  • Communication & Tracker Management: Manage and track 3PL announcement and communication requests. Ensure timely follow-up on pending requests and maintain clear communication channels with 3PL partners.
