Contracts Manager ( Rail Project in GCC ) The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contract-related activities for the rail project during the construction phase. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing contract negotiations, and providing support during the construction supervision phase. The Contracts Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of the project. Minimum 1 5- 20 years of experience in relevant field. Roles and Responsibilities: Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or equivalent are highly desirable. Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and industry standards. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively. Prior experience working on a rail or transportation project will be a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
