Prepare Limited Term Employees agreement and special contracts, as needed, in liaison with Legal, Talent Acquisition and Policies & Compensation Teams.
Oversee Contract Employees (Limited Term Employees and Contingent Workers) full lifecyle from hiring, time management, work orders and contracts preparation until demobilization via ensuring that the contract is valid, and terms are being followed during employment.
Process the contract renewal requirement via liaising with the business, verification with the manpower plan and approval from management and stakeholders.
