Content Writer

About the role:

We believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We’re looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to be our full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the marketing team, the copywriter will write and edit content for a variety of global projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), working closely with the global teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. The most successful candidate will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

As the Copywriter in our Global office, you will:

• Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g., social media, paid ads, web pages, blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns) following the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Conduct thorough research (topic selection, competitor research, social media trends, etc).
• Collaborate with the team to build marketing projects and campaigns.
• Understand and follow SEO best practices.
• Creative thinker who thrives in an always-changing, fast-paced work environment.
• Deadline-oriented and able to write successfully under tight deadlines.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in English, English literature or related field.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer, preferably in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of content strategies and creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience with SEO.
• Strong research skills.
• Creativity.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
