Job Description:
As the Content Marketing Manager, you’ll drive a content strategy to elevate our brand and foster meaningful audience engagement. Your role will include overseeing content creation, influencer marketing, and affiliate collaborations, while also leveraging data and trends to optimize our approach. You will ensure content resonates with our audience and aligns with broader marketing objectives, working cross-functionally to support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and manage a content strategy that supports marketing goals and engages the target audience.
Oversee high-quality content creation across formats (blogs, articles, eBooks, etc.), ensuring consistency.
Influencer and affiliate Marketing:
Plan and execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Ensure content alignment for affiliate programs, Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers
SEO & Content Optimization:
Implement SEO strategies to improve content visibility and organic reach.
Optimize content based on keyword research and performance analysis.
Content Distribution & Promotion:
Manage content distribution process across platforms (website, social media, email) to maximize reach.
Contribute to paid promotions to amplify content performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor content, influencer, and affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
Audience Engagement & Community Building:
Develop strategies to engage the audience and encourage user-generated content.
Build and nurture a community around the brand.
Trend Analysis & Strategy Adaptation:
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
From 5-7 years in content marketing or digital marketing, with experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, influencer tracking tools).
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
