- Travel in any Silkor branches across GCC on a quarterly basis and whenever necessary; and

1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Silkor’s brand, marketing goals, and customer engagement objectives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms while allowing flexibility for regional market variations.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Medical teams to ensure content supports business objectives, promotional campaigns, and customer experience enhancements.
- Identify and leverage emerging content trends, consumer behavior insights, and competitor benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish and manage a content planning framework, ensuring structured ideation, production, approval, and distribution.
- Develop content guidelines and best practices for internal teams and external partners to maintain quality and brand consistency.
2. Content Creation & Production
- Lead the development of high-quality visual and written content tailored for different digital and offline platforms:
- Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
- Website & Blog (SEO-driven articles, service pages, success stories)
- Internal Digital Screens (in-branch promotional content)
- WhatsApp for Business (customer engagement, offers, reminders)
- Doctor’s Social Media Pages (curating, editing, and optimizing posts)
- Work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and agencies to create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content.
- Oversee content shoots, video production, and editing processes, ensuring content aligns with Silkor’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Ensure all content is optimized for engagement and performance, including adapting formats for different platforms (e.g., reels, carousels, infographics).
- Provide creative direction and detailed feedback to ensure all assets meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure content is produced on schedule, aligned with marketing campaigns, and adaptable to ad-hoc requests.
3. Social Media & Doctor Branding
- Manage and oversee Silkor's full-time doctors' social media channels, ensuring:
- Content aligns with Silkor’s branding and medical aesthetics positioning.
- Posts showcase expertise, procedures, and patient transformations effectively.
- Engagement with followers is maintained through strategic content planning.
- Develop content guidelines for doctors, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and brand alignment in all posts.
- Optimize doctor-specific content for greater visibility and credibility, leveraging SEO, hashtags, and platform best practices.
4. Content Distribution & Performance Optimization
- Manage the content calendar across all platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Optimize content distribution by tailoring formats and messaging for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and industry best practices, continuously refining content approaches.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.

- The Content Manager’s success will be measured by:
- Content Engagement Rates (likes, shares, comments, watch time)
- Social Media Growth & Performance (follower growth, reach, impressions)
