• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to accurately diagnose spine-related conditions.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies, such as MRI and CT scans, to inform surgical decisions.
• Perform a variety of surgical procedures including but not limited to spinal fusion, laminectomy, and disc replacement.
• Manage the pre-operative and post-operative care processes to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, including neurologists, physiotherapists, and nursing staff, to create individualized treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions, surgical procedures, and follow-up care in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in spinal surgery practices and contribute to the improvement of surgical protocols.
• Engage in patient education, providing clear information about their condition and treatment options.
