Consultant/Specialist Rheumatologist

As a Consultant/Specialist Rheumatologist, your responsibilities will encompass the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and autoimmune diseases. You will assess patients, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert care and ongoing support.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough medical history assessments and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, X-rays, and other imaging modalities.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatic diseases, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and psoriatic arthritis.
• Create tailored treatment plans incorporating medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as required to ensure effective management of conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed on the latest advancements and research in rheumatology.
