Consultant/Specialist Optometrist

As a Consultant/Specialist Optometrist with SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care services, which include comprehensive vision examinations, the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, and the fitting of contact lenses and eyeglasses.

• Conduct thorough eye examinations, assess patients' visual abilities, and provide accurate diagnoses.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, diagnose eye conditions, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage and treat ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries.
• Perform vision therapy and rehabilitation, as well as specialty testing as needed.
• Educate patients about eye health, vision insurance, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in optometry and continuing education opportunities.
