SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for a dedicated Consultant/Specialist in Internal Medicine to enhance our healthcare team. This position is pivotal in providing high-quality medical care and consultation services to our clients.In this role, you will play an essential part in diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of health conditions affecting adult patients. You will conduct thorough evaluations, utilize diagnostic testing, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities Perform detailed evaluations and assessments of adult patients Diagnose and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests and imaging studies Develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with patients and other healthcare providers Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies per clinical guidelines Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed Provide education to patients about their health conditions and treatment options Keep accurate and thorough medical records of patients' health status Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in internal medicine Qualifications Medical degree and a valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant/Specialist Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine Demonstrated experience in managing diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices in Internal Medicine Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Detail-oriented with remarkable organizational skills Competent in problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Patient-focused approach with a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes
