Consultant or Specialist Internal Medicine

SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for the position of Consultant or Specialist Internal Medicine. We are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide exemplary medical services to our clients and their patient populations.

In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic diseases affecting adult patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Assess patients by taking detailed medical histories and conducting physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions in adult patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood work and imaging studies
• Create tailored treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as needed
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management
• Coordinate with specialists and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions accurately and supervise medical records
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with medical advancements

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice as an Internal Medicine Consultant or Specialist
• Completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating adult patients with diverse medical conditions
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in internal medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Critical-thinking skills to navigate complex medical situations
