Consultant Medical Oncologist

In this pivotal role, you will provide expert clinical care to patients diagnosed with various cancers, ensuring they receive comprehensive and individualized treatment.

As a Consultant Medical Oncologist, you will leverage your medical expertise to diagnose and manage cancer treatment plans. Your work will involve collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers while also educating patients and their families about treatment options, side effects, and symptom management.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and symptoms to confirm diagnoses
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and lab tests
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on the diagnosis and latest clinical guidelines
• Administer oncologic treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation therapy
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Manage side effects and complications related to cancer treatment
• Engage in communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding treatment processes
• Participate in continuing education and research to stay current with advancements in oncology
