• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments of patients scheduled for cardiac surgery
• Design and implement effective anesthesia management plans based on individual patient needs
• Administer various types of anesthesia (general, regional, etc.) during surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthetic depth continuously during operations
• Provide postoperative care and pain management to ensure patient comfort
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvements
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards
