We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Foreman to oversee construction activities on our job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site, providing leadership to your team, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Lead and manage the construction crew, assigning tasks and providing training as necessary.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections.
• Monitor project progress, daily productivity, and quality standards, addressing issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries of materials and equipment to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and any incidents on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
