Construction Manager

💼 Position: Construction Manager

📍 Location: Reporting to Operations Manager

💰 Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000

Requirements:

• Degree: Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, with a focus on industrial/warehouse projects within a contracting company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage project budgets, including costs, variations, and EOTs.
• Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the project team, ensuring high productivity and retention.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual specifications.
• Coordinate all site activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality and timely completion of work.
• Manage material/drawing submissions, negotiations, and approvals with consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Plan, manage, and control the project as a separate profit center, handling all aspects from manpower to overhead costs.
