Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day

Our client, a leading player in the food trading industry with over 20 years of experience, operates in 5+ international locations and collaborates with 10+ multinational suppliers. They are dedicated to excellence, blending innovation and efficiency in their processes for supplying, distributing, and transporting products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure compliance of trade documents (contracts, invoices, bills of lading) with banking and regulatory requirements.
• Align trade documents with bank compliance requirements and support the treasury team by verifying documents before financial transactions.
• Manage documentation for bank account openings and maintenance, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
• Verify supporting documents for treasury transactions, maintain organized records, and coordinate with the treasury team for smooth operations.
• Identify and implement improvements in document review and bank account management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, trade operations, or banking documentation within commodity trading or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of trade compliance, KYC requirements, and bank documentation processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
