About the role
What you need to know:
Claim Management. Policy language skills. Follow the Claims Best Practice procedures and guidelines in managing claims.
Demonstrate a high standard of technical claims competence. Effective vendor and litigation management.
Effective communication on claims to internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge and experience in negotiation and mediation skills. A fair knowledge of claims systems and MS Office.
Positive and proactive approach towards work. Accountability and ownership of work. Ability to work within a team environment and work towards team goals. Strong communication skills, both written & verbal Time management Participate in client review and business meetings.
