Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
Prepare reports, policies & communication around C&B

Graduate (in commerce / finance) with a flair for numbers,
Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist 5-7 yrs exp working under the C&B manager,
Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits schemes, have worked on C&B survey data mapping and proposals.
