Job Description
As a Company Representative Specialist (Spokesperson), you will be the official face of the company, responsible for managing both external and internal communications, building relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring a strong and professional corporate image across all channels.
This role extends beyond traditional client interactions it plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening public perception, and representing the company in various media and industry events. You will be expected to participate in conferences, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and business events, while also actively engaging in social media promotions. This includes appearing in promotional materials such as posters, short videos, and other digital content, ensuring the company maintains a strong and influential presence across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the official representative of the company, engaging with clients, partners, and industry representatives, and communicating the company’s values and vision.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, business meetings, and public events to enhance the company’s reputation and develop strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company in business meetings, assist in contract negotiations, and participate in the partnership agreement and negotiation processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct research, organize promotional campaigns, and contribute to increasing brand awareness. Additionally, participate in the company’s marketing materials, promoting the company’s image through media channels, including posters, short videos, and social media content.
- Maintain the company’s professional image across digital and public platforms, engaging with the public and reinforcing the company’s identity.
- Act as a speaker or host at company events, supporting business development initiatives.
- Ensure seamless internal and external communication processes, managing the exchange of information at a professional level.
- Regularly report on activities, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of company representation and brand development.
Job Requirements
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with business clients professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different cultures.
• Comfortable with public speaking and media appearances, capable of representing the company's vision and values with confidence.
• Team-oriented and highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and presentable, maintaining a polished and professional corporate image at all times.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
