As a Community Support Intern at Tamatem, you will play a key role in supporting our users and ensuring they have an excellent experience with our games. You’ll act as a bridge between our company and our players, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and fostering strong relationships with the gaming community.You will: Manage and respond to a variety of tickets, comments, and user inquiries in a timely manner. Research and share insights about the gaming community and emerging trends in the Emirati market. Resolve product or service issues by understanding users’ complaints and providing effective solutions. Build trust and maintain positive relationships with users through open and interactive communication. Investigate the root cause of problems and recommend the best course of action to resolve them, ensuring follow-up for resolution. Offer logical advice on our games to potential users by using the appropriate tools and methods. Keep user databases updated through ongoing communication. Prepare reports on user feedback by collecting and analyzing relevant information. Document and manage user inquiries, referring them to the product team or management when necessary. Monitor in-game chat and contribute to maintaining a positive gaming environment. Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Assist with other tasks as assigned.
