We are currently on the hunt for passionate and proactive Communication Lead to help us reach our vision of being the most trusted and reputable real estate agency in Dubai. The Communications Lead is responsible for supporting the Communications Manager in mapping the customer journey and helping to develop a communications strategy for each department to create strong client relationships, foster loyalty and drive sales.
Working with the Communications Manager, the Communications Lead will execute the agreed internal and external communications plan and is responsible for the implementation of relevant, tailored and timely communications that will engage and nurture our clients throughout the full lifecycle. They will also support in the project management of new initiatives that improve the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support the Communications Manager in mapping and documenting the customer journey across the haus & haus Group and aligning communications to effectively support customer lifecycle timings.
Work with the Communications Manager to define a communications strategy for each department across the group aligned with their business objectives and wider business goals.
Own the end-to-end communications process from creating email templates, requesting/drafting copy, maintaining campaign plan, proofing copy, testing, broadcast & post campaign reporting.
Work with the CRM lead on data segmentation and the implementation of triggered communications through our CRM platforms.
Project manage the implementation of new initiatives that allow us to improve communication with clients.
Manage the implementation of the communications plan in collaboration with the Marketing team using Monday.com, to track and manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
Draft communications in line with haus & haus key messages and tone of voice, with approval, review and guidance from key stakeholders.
Implementation of test and learn, and review monthly reports on performance with recommendations for future improvements.
Skills Required:
A Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or equivalent certifications.
3+ related experience in communications.
Experience in both internal and external communications planning and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective communications plans and deliver business results.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Experience in email/WhatsApp set up, testing and execution.
Copywriting experience preferred.
Experience working in real estate or similar professional services industry preferred.
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
