Wakanow Travel and Tours LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and looking to maximize their earning potential. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
- Present and promote our travel packages and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
