Commis Butchery [Bulk Production/ Catering/ Central Kitchen]
Dubai UAE – Culinary / Full-Time / On-site Commis Butchery performs various kitchen duties as per assigned section and assist Chefs in meat cutting, meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock.
+ Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the section in charge.
+ Cutting & mincing meat.
+ Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as grill, marinate, etc.
+ Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
+ Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
+ Minimum high school academic
+ Experience minimum 1-year similar position
