Commis Butchery performs various kitchen duties as per assigned section and assist Chefs in meat cutting, meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock.
What You'll Do?
Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the section in charge.
Cutting & mincing meat.
Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as grill, marinate, etc.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum high school academic
Experience minimum 1-year similar position
Positive, dynamic, creative, and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
