Join our Digital Industry as the Commercial Officer based in Dubai and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make an impact by:

• You’ll be responsible for booking of service orders, invoicing to customer, and payment follow-up.
• You’ll be responsible to follow-up with service engineers for timesheets and service reports towards preparing invoice to customer.
• You’ll be responsible to compile and report service team productivity data and submit to management.
• You’ll be responsible to align with relevant corporate team (treasury, taxation, HR, compliance, legal, etc.) for service order execution activities.
• You’ll be responsible to interact with customers for invoice certification and payment reconciliations.

Your success is grounded in

• Recent graduates with Major in Business, Accounting, Economics and Finance. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain in a clear and understandable manner.
• Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work coherently in a team.
