Commercial Leader Consumer ( UAE Oman Pakistan)

We are looking for an experienced Consumer Commercial Channel Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our commercial channels in UAE, Oman, and Pakistan. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the assigned markets of UAE OMAN PAKISTAN
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, and re sellers in the region.
• Manage and lead a team of channel sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications required

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the assigned markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the commercial landscape in UAE, Oman, and Pakistan.
