Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As Creative Desk Commercial Lead, you’ll lead the EMEA region to identify, develop and support new opportunities for the Advisors Creative Desk.

Role
Marketing Ideation & Business Development
• Developing strategic “always-on” campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and crafting creative strategies.
• Leveraging a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and data analytics, all aligned with the company’s overarching goals.
• Drive C-level stakeholder & client conversations including pitching, presenting and negotiating.
• Tracking market trends, P&L management, and ensuring alignment with Business Development and Client Services teams to drive optimal results.
• Contributing to sales opportunities and client-facing efforts while serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and customers.
• Bridging global and regional needs, adapting strategies as necessary and fostering partnerships for business growth.
• Influencing all relevant stakeholders to get necessary support and partnerships to the business development.
Development & Execution of multi-channel marketing strategies
• Being responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Leveraging marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Reviewing, analyzing and presenting clear and strategic recommendations to deliver result-driven marketing solutions.
• Extracting from the markets the necessities and inspiration that will drive the Creative Desk delivery.
All About You
• Experienced Marketeer (+10 years) with Marketing Data Driven background
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales or related field
• Strong business acumen
• Strong people management & leadership skills
• Growth-hacking mindset with solution driven mindset
• Constantly applying initiative to improve
• Structured and organized, proven to work independently in a remote team
• Curious and Innovative behavior
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with stakeholders of different seniorities
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
• Fully proficient in English & Arabic, any other language considered a plus
