Commercial lawyer/Legal Advisor

A leading Abu Dhabi based private holding company

requires a Commercial Lawyer

Requisites:

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements and legal contracts; monitor and maintain compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the field of Commercial Law, company formation and related legal requirements.
• Provide legal counsel to companies and clients on the legal aspect of business.
• Legal advice to the group on mergers/acquisitions.
• Handle corporate risk management and minimize company's exposure to litigation. 
• Familiar with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (‘FCPA’) and other anti-corruption laws, compliance/due diligence requirements.

·       Good communication skills in Arabic and English languages.

·       Age between 30 to 45 years                                                                                                         

·       Qualification : LLB/LLM
