Commercial Director - 5 Star Hotel - Dubai

Stunning 5 Star beach resort, great location with 400+ rooms, large F&B operation encompassing external areas of beach and gardens. Part of a renowned group

The role is responsible for PR, Sales & Marketing . You'll be managing a team of 20 

The role reports to GM

• UAE / Dubai 5 star Resort experience essential in a property of 350 keys +
• 3 years + experience as DOSM / DOS or Commercial Director
• Social media savvy
• Strategic thinker / Excellent Project Management skills
• Strong networker and negotiator
• Commercially aware and financially astute
• Experience organising and attending travel trade events
• Must be able to travel

Basic salary up to 20 -25K AED

Housing allowance 10K

Educational support 20k + per child ( max 2)
