About you and this role
Join Dow's Leadership and Commercial Development Program in the UAE, designed to cultivate future leaders in the chemical industry. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business functions, including sales, marketing, and business development. Participants will engage in strategic projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and develop critical skills to drive business growth. The program aims to prepare high-potential individuals for leadership roles within Dow. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to innovative solutions and sustainable practices.
Responsibilities Includes
- Participate in rotational assignments across different business units to gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market expansion.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate and travel as required by the program.
