If the prospect of working within a reputable international company, surrounded by a multicultural team in Dubai, excites you, then brace yourself for a thrilling career journey.ResponsibilitiesManage material reservations and ensure prompt updates and communication with the Logistics teamFacilitate the coordinated release and return of materials, working in conjunction with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients to ensure optimal customer satisfactionMonitor all material movements and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project periodEnsure precise and timely invoicing, while also effectively resolving disputes or handling credit requests that may arise during the project timeline, in collaboration with Revenue Controllers, Sales, and ClientsGuarantee accurate and error-free processing in Discos IICreate, organize, and maintain all relevant correspondence and reportsAdhere diligently to reporting deadlines and actively contribute to the smooth closure of periods (monthly and annually)Provide valuable support during the annual comprehensive stock takeDevelop proposals for process enhancements and present them to the Team LeadOffer support and step in for other members of the Commercial team as neededFulfill other tasks as requested by the Commercial Team LeadQualificationsEntrepreneurial thinker with a background in Business Administration, Commercial, Logistics or similar fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a dynamic Logistics, Material Management or Commercial environmentExperience in construction environment in the UAE, Middle East and/or JAFZA is a plusWell-organized with well-developed numerical ability and attention to detailAdvanced MS Office knowledgePreferable experiences:
